For shipping purposes, we use private courier service or the Costa Rica Postal Service depending on the delivery address. The shipping cost within Costa Rica is $7 USD.

Domestic Shipping (Costa Rica)

Greater Metropolitan Area (GAM): We ship daily via private courier. You will receive your order within 24 to 48 hours after placing your order (business days only, Monday through Friday).

Rest of the Country: We ship twice per week, every Monday and Thursday at 11:00 a.m. via Correos de Costa Rica. Delivery time is 2 to 4 business days.

IMPORTANT: All orders are dispatched and delivered within 24 to 48 business hours (Monday through Friday). We do NOT offer same-day delivery or Uber Flash shipping. Please plan your order in advance. Our customer service and order processing hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

 

International Shipping (Rest of the World)

  • International Super Economy (25-30 business days after fulfillment | no tracking)
  • International Economy (20-25 business days after fulfillment | no tracking)

  • International Regular (20-22 business days after fulfillment | with tracking)
  • International Express (10-15 business days after fulfillment | with tracking)

You should be able to see the shipping rate options available to your shipping zone as soon as you reach the checkout stage of your purchase.

Your country may require you to pay import fees, customs, duties and value added taxes (VAT), etc. which is not included in the price and shipping cost listed on our website. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Gallo Pin will not replace or offer refunds for orders which are abandoned due to non-payment of taxes and fees required by your country.

During active sales and the holiday season, the order processing time could take up to 7-10 business days for in-stock merchandise. During this processing time, your order is safely packed, and processed for shipment as quickly as possible. Due to our short processing time we will not be able to make any changes once your order has been placed.  Once your order is processed you will receive an email confirmation including your tracking information (if your shipping method includes one) once your order leaves our studio.
