My order payment is being declined.
There are several reasons why your payment method is being declined. Sometimes debit/credit cards are not supported for certain kind of purchases or currencies, and the bank issuer automatically declines the payment. If you are getting a failed payment, after a couple of attempts, we encourage you to contact your bank issuer to inform them about this issue.

When will my order ship?
Orders leave our warehouse between 2-4 business days, however during the holiday season order processing time may take 7-10 business days for in-stock merchandise. Goods ship from San Jose, Costa Rica.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit & credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover - we now also accept PayPal. All orders are charged in Costa Rican Colones (CRC).
Why doesn't my discount code work?
Gallo Pin coupon codes for promotions and holidays do expire and are not valid for use after the specified date on the promotion. Please e mail us at hola@gallo-pin.com if you have any problems with coupon codes and we will be happy to assist.

How can I make changes to my order?
Due to our short processing time we will not be able to make any changes after the first 4 hours that your order has been placed. Once your order is processed you will receive an email confirmation. Please contact us at hola@gallo-pin.com if you have any questions.
All physical address and email information is kept private and never sold, marketing is only sent to customers who opt-in via the checkout system. Emails are sent for order confirmation and shipping confirmation a single time, if a cart is opened and not completed a single email will be sent if you opt-in for a follow up on the incomplete order.
